The following policies were created and are enforced by the Board of Directors.
All policies are used as guidelines to assist the Board, but the board will
handle any discrepancies on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about
any of these policies, or for more information on the becoming a member of the
Board, please contact the Directors.
Coaches Licensing: All coaches must be licensed by the IYSA. Coaches will
be reimbursed for the cost of obtaining their license, one half after the first
season and one half after the second season coached.
Background Checks: Any new coach or coach who has not coached within the
last year or any parent or individual working with our teams will get a
background check by the Illinois State Police.
Payment: Payment for participation in any sort of Spectre-sponsored
event is required to be paid in full prior to active participation. If fees are
due for season play, then the balance must be paid prior to the first game.

Refunds: No refunds will be given once the team has been registered with
the league. If a player is injured prior to the first game, and the injury is
medically cleared, the player may be eligible for a prorated refund to be
determined by the Board of Directors.
