Spectre Soccer Club is a youth soccer club that is looking to form competitive
teams to compete with some of the best players in Illinois.
A Board of Directors
manages Spectre Soccer Club. The Board of Directors has created a set of
policies that it does enforce. The following information below may help
answer some of your questions regarding registration, fees, seasons, etc. If
you have any additional questions regarding Spectre not addressed below,
including becoming a board member, registering players, finding out more
information, learning about Spectre's European soccer tours, or anything else,
please contact a board member or one of our coaches.
FEES: Our registration fees are $215 per player per season. This covers the
league, field, coaching, equipment, referee and tournament fees.
UNIFORMS: Our uniform costs $75 dollars as well. Every three years, or when our
uniforms become unavailable, we purchase new uniforms as a club. The kit
includes the Adidas Avantis jersey (red & White), the Adidas Trussi shorts
(black), and a pair of Adidas white socks.
SEASONS: Typically, the spring outdoor season runs from early April until the
end of June. The fall season begins in mid-August and continues until early
November. Two indoor sessions are played in DeKalb during the winter months.
Registration for these teams is done on a team-by-team basis.
TOURNAMENTS: Each season, spring and fall, Spectre attends a tournament as a
club. The entry fees for tournament are paid through registration fees.
FINANCIAL AID: Sometimes registration takes place at a bad time and full payment
may not be possible. In order to help, Spectre allows a limited number of
players to pay using our installment plan. Through this plan, payment can be
made at any point prior to the beginning of the season. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE
MADE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEASON. Players who may have trouble
with payment may be eligible for a scholarship through the board of directors.
Scholarships will be made available for players who may not be financially able
to commit to Spectre Soccer Club. Upon review of an application, our
scholarship committee may grant a full or partial scholarship to those who
qualify. For more information, or for an application, please contact our
Coaching Directors or get the form from our website. Spectre Soccer
Club does not cover costs for uniforms.
